I’m Matthew Dyer, owner and craftsman at Swordslinger Custom Holsters. I’ve been playing and been around the art of leathercraft my whole life. My wife and I got married in 2012 and had dreams of owning and running our own business from our farm in South Louisiana from the start. We had no idea that we would end up doing leathercraft as a living, but the Lord Jesus Christ provided a wonderful blessing after several years of prayers and a few failed business ideas, and Swordslinger Custom Holsters was born. We run the business from our home, and every item is handcrafted by either my wife or myself. We take great pride in everything we make, and strive to perfecting our craft.
Although “holsters” is in our name, that’s not all we make. We also make custom belts, knife sheaths, wallets, pistol cases, Bible covers and a lot more. If you have a special project in mind, feel free to ask us about it.
